Return & Shipping Policy
By placing an order through this website (www.zerov.my), you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1.0 General
All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, from time to time, discrepancies may occur and some items may not be available at the time of purchase.
In such instances, we will fulfil the available products and contact you regarding whether you would prefer to wait for the restocked items or proceed with a refund for the unavailable items.
2.0 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.
Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. The amount shown at checkout will be the final shipping cost payable by the customer.
3.0 Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
Returns are only accepted if the item received is faulty, incomplete, or for other valid reasons. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and customers are required to arrange their own return shipment.
Once the returned items are received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been completed.
Zerov Malaysia Sdn Bhd will refund the value of the returned goods but will not refund any shipping fees paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honour valid warranty claims with supporting evidence (photo or video), provided the claim is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping. Upon a successful warranty claim approved by the manufacturer, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
Once the returned item is received, Zerov Malaysia Sdn Bhd will process the warranty claim within 7 days.
Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, you may choose:
- (a) Refund to your original payment method
- (b) Refund in store credit (applicable to registered accounts only)
- (c) Replacement item (subject to stock availability)
4.0 Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically take 2–14 days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service providers and market demand.
4.2 International Transit Time
International shipments (if applicable) typically take up to 30 days, depending on courier service providers. Delivery timelines may vary based on external factors.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.
4.4 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch available items immediately. Remaining items will be shipped once they are back in stock.
4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the matter.
4.6 Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos (if possible), reject the parcel, and contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
4.6.1 Damaged Parcel Process
We will arrange a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
4.6.2 Lost Parcel Process
We will arrange a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost after investigation.
5.0 Duties & Taxes
5.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been included in the product prices displayed on the website.
5.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments (if applicable), import duties and taxes will be pre-paid. No additional charges will be required upon arrival in the destination country.
6.0 Cancellations
Once an order has been paid, cancellations are not allowed.
If you need to update your delivery address or personal details, please email us at hello@zerov.my within 1 working day of order confirmation.
No changes will be accepted after 1 working day. Any approved cancellation or refund is subject to payment gateway transaction charges.
7.0 Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.
